What a great weekend the 'Spinster Sisters' had here a couple of weeks ago. Gary and Regina couldn't have been nicer, or the place more relaxing. The massages were glorious. It was so nice not to have to drive to or from the massage, and the price was more than fair. The breakfast spread was yummy and plentiful. The wildlife seen from the covered back patio was really entertaining. I'll be back!! Thanks so much for helping us make such wonderful memories. -Krista

We had a very relaxing and fun time here. It was my Father in laws 60th B day and we all had great massages, soaked in the jacuzzi while watching the deer in the yard and the birds, played pool with Garry and steamed out in the sauna. This place is better than the website which is not typical. The prices are very reasonable and affordable. Thank you very much for your great hospitality and we will definitely be returning.

My husband and I really enjoyed our 2 night
stay at the retreat. It's exactly what we needed!
After our return from Mt. St Helens area , we
enjoyed a nice massage. Then sat out on the
patio and watched the deer play. We were told
on our return home we looked so relaxed~ what
a great feeling. We would highly recommend
anyone that is looking for a few days to unwind
to visit The Essence of Health Retreat.

This is a delightful Bed & Breakfast near Mt. St. Helens. It is a quiet, peaceful, clean and very comfortable home away from home. After a day of hiking, the hot tub and massage was a welcome way to start a good night's sleep. Watching the deer and birds while rocking on the back porch with a glass of wine....doesn't get much better than this!

We can't say enough about our wonderful stay at Essence of Health last week. Everything the website says is true. Regina and Garry are the perfect hosts--helpful yet giving their guests total privacy. We both enjoyed the massages, the comfortable bed, watching the birds and deer while rocking on the porch. We'd love to come back!
